Product Description
A typical fluid bed dryer has a conical chamber in which hot air enters from the bottom, passes through the material layer and is discharged from the top. On the basis of the ordinary fluid bed drier, a vibratory fluid bed dryer, a stirred fluid bed dryer and a centrifugal fluid bed dryer have been developed in the project. The scope of fluid bed drying has been expanded and the fluidization quality has been improved. The intensity of heat and mass transfer is improved.
Working principle:
Fluid bed dryer is a kind of fluid bed dryer which places fluidity materials such as powder particles, paste (even suspensions and solutions) on the porous plate and other airflow distribution plates, which are fed into the drying medium with considerable velocity from its lower part. When the flow rate of the medium is low, the gas flows through the particles of the material and the whole material layer is not moving; gradually increasing the velocity of the air, the layer begins to expand, and the gap between the particles increases; and when the velocity of the air is increased, a considerable part of the material appears to be suspended. Forming a gas-solid mixed bed, a fluid bed, because the suspended material in the fluid bed is very much like a boiling liquid, it is also called a fluid bed, and in many ways it presents the properties of a fluid, such as a distinct upper interface. At the same time, if the flow velocity is increased, the particles will be taken away by the gas flow, and then the gas will be transported.
Therefore, the airflow velocity is the most fundamental control factor of the fluid bed dryer, and the suitable airflow velocity should be between the fluidization of the material layer and the removal of the material. The heat transfer of the fluid bed can be passed through the jacket or the heat ex-changer in the bed. When using in-bed heat ex-changers, in addition to the requirements of general heat ex-changers, the influence of heat ex-changers on the flow of materials in the bed must also be considered, that is, the form and installation of heat ex-changers should be as favorable as possible to the normal flow of fluid. It has been proved that when the tube heat ex-changer is used, it is difficult to disperse and fluidized the muddy paste material with high moisture content in the dry medium flow with 2 / 5 half viscosity from the center of the equipment.
Some inert carriers (such as quartz sand, alumina, oxidized pellets, granular salts, etc.) are placed at the bottom of the dryer when they are fluidized under a certain flow rate The wet material will be adhered to its surface, which will become a dry shell. Because the inert carrier collides with each other, it will make the dry shell fall off and be taken away by the medium flow, and the carrier itself will contact with the new wet material and form the dry shell. In this way, the fine wet sticky material can also be fully dried in the fluid bed dryer.

Packing & Delivery
1. Our dryer / drying machine should been cleanned first, then packaged with the transparent coating, next it will been shipped into the marine container with steel wire fixing.
2. Some of the over-size drying machine, we will choose the flat rack container.
3. First the drying machines are transported by land to China's maritime ports, then shipped and delivery, and final the containers are shipped to the customer's designated port of arrival.
